JLL came to frog with two distinct objectives. First, to analyze the existing .com experience and define opportunities for design improvements and refinements in the current experience. Second, define a set of future-looking best practices and identify opportunities for new user experiences that go beyond the current state. We delivered designs for JLL.com along with a Sketch library which would allow for future design changes. Additionally the design work, design system, best practices and UX perspective was outlined and documented in a ‘starter-kit’ PDF meant to serve as the foundational guideline as the team continue to refine the website and the overall JLL digital experiences.
